P4P Software is a payroll calculation tool for perfomance-based pay. Employees such as lawn care workers or roofers can clock in from an Android or iPhone app and go on break. Their timecard is visible within the app and they are emailed a daily report about their performance metrics so its clear how they are doing. Managers log in through a desktop app that enables them to complete their performance pay management in less than 1 minute per employee.
